Experienced HR Consultant Raellyn Kovich Joins Bell Oaks as Associate Partner
ATLANTA, April 29, 2011 — Bell Oaks Executive Search, a national executive search firm headquartered in Atlanta, today announced the addition of Raellyn C. Kovich as an associate partner.
Kovich brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having served in Fortune 100 corporations, nonprofits, and small businesses. Her experience spans leadership positions in communications, change management and organizational alignment, as well as marketing, strategic planning and consulting.
Prior to joining Bell Oaks, Kovich served as director consulting & development with Pathbuilders, where she was responsible for developing an internal mentoring program with the United States Army and members of the civilian Senior Executive Service corps. She also served as vice president of leadership strategy and organizational alignment with Executrack and worked with the nationalArthritis Foundation to develop a change management strategy for the organization’s future operating structure.
Kovich received a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University in Ohio and an MBA with a concentration in leadership studies and a graduate certificate in managerial coaching from Kennesaw State University. She resides in Roswell.
