Bell Oaks Announces Two Staff Additions & Promotion

ATLANTA – Mar. 1, 2011 – Bell Oaks, an Atlanta-based national executive search firm, is pleased to announce the additions of Katy Harrison as Associate Partner and Melanie Colley as Search Consultant. Ginny Tinley has been promoted to Senior Search Consultant.

As an Associate Partner, Harrison brings a fresh perspective to executive search as a generalist with expertise centering primarily on sales and marketing, corporate strategy and human resources. Prior to joining Bell Oaks, she spent six years in media consulting, partnering with broadcast television and radio station clients throughout the U.S. and South America. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. Harrison lives in Buckhead.

As a Search Consultant, Colley works with a varied consortium of clients to help them attract and hire intelligent, thoughtful and creative professionals across many industries. She joins Bell Oaks from Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where she worked in human resources as well as in business operations with Safe Kids Georgia, a separate 501(c)3 division of Children’s. Colley graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She and her husband currently reside in Sandy Springs.

Tinley has been promoted to senior search consultant. She joined Bell Oaks in 2010.
