Bell Oaks Announces Matt Tovrog Promotion to Partner

ATLANTA, Oct. 12, 2011 — Bell Oaks Executive Search, a national executive search firm headquartered in Atlanta, today announced the promotion of Matt Tovrog to Partner. Tovrog joined Bell Oaks in 2009 as an associate partner.

“Matt’s passion for serving clients and his contribution to the growth of Bell Oaks over the last two years has earned him a seat at the Partner table,” said Randy Hain, managing partner of Bell Oaks. “We are excited to promote one of our own as Matt has proven himself to be exceptional at truly understanding our clients' culture and accurately identifying candidates who will fit within those organizations. Tovrog has a passion for serving clients before and after the recruiting process. He applies his experience in both sales and customer assurance to companies including growth‐focused Southeast and national companies in industries such as consumer products, technology, professional services, manufacturing and retail. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia. He resides with his wife in Smyrna.
