Price Harding has been active in executive search for three decades and has been the Chairman of Bell Oaks Company since 1996. Price’s search clients include academic institutions, non-profit organizations and privately held companies.
He has been principal consultant on nearly 1000 successfully completed recruiting engagements with a consulting focus that includes searches for C-Level leadership and corporate officers and directors, with an emphasis on senior management selection and board governance. In addition to his responsibilities at CarterBaldwin, Price operates Terminus Ventures, a private investment firm in Atlanta. He has served on numerous boards and currently serves as Chairman of United Technology Group, Thrive Farmers Coffee and The Trinity Forum. Additionally, Price has served on the boards of The Georgia Department of Economic Development, The Technology Executive Roundtable, There’s Hope Ministries, High Tech Ministries, The King’s College, The Technology Association of Georgia, and Duke Divinity School.
His articles have appeared in various publications and he has been quoted in INC Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, and numerous industry and trade magazines. Price received his Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Baptist University of America, and conducted Masters level studies in Pastoral Counseling at Temple Baptist Seminary in Chattanooga. He and his wife Nancy have two married daughters and four grandchildren. When they are in town, they walk to Buckhead Church most Sundays.
As a Partner and shareholder at Bell Oaks Executive Search, Todd Warshaw has a proven track record of building professional teams in a broad spectrum of industries. His particular expertise is in searches for C-level leadership, vice presidents, directors, managers and specialized individual contributors across most business functions. Internally, he plays a significant role in shaping Bell Oaks’ vision and strategy for providing superior consulting services to its clients and candidates.
Todd joined Bell Oaks in 1998 as an Executive Search Consultant and became a Partner and member of the executive leadership team in 2002. Todd’s clients range in size from entrepreneurial companies to public corporations in a range of industries including manufacturing, consumer products, real estate, retail and technology. He has established partnerships with his clients and assisted them in filling critical needs in numerous departments and at various levels throughout their organizations. Todd is a frequent speaker with companies and educational institutions such as Georgia Tech and Emory’s Goizueta Business School. He speaks on a range of topics including choosing the right career for your talents and making strategic career decisions, interviewing basics for the interviewer (overcoming generational divides) and interviewee (ways to stand out from the crowd), capitalizing on today’s job market realities, organizing and
managing a job search at all career levels (entry level, MBA, seasoned industry veteran), and helping professionals stand out in new roles. Todd has a degree in Finance, with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Georgia Terry College Of Business. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the Atlanta chapter of the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, an organization dedicated to providing for the well-being of the men and women who serve in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), as well as the families of fallen soldiers. He is also a Washington Club Member for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and has served on the Board of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS), a non-profit group representing the interests of the majority of recruitment firms in Georgia. Todd resides in the Atlanta suburb of Buckhead.
As a Partner at Bell Oaks Executive Search, Matt Tovrog has a passion for serving clients before and after the recruiting process and applies his experience in both sales and customer assurance to build long lasting relationships.
Matt joined Bell Oaks following his work with Cbeyond, an Atlanta-based communications provider for businesses. At Cbeyond, he thrived in a number of different roles focused on sales as well as account maintenance. His ability to maintain mutually beneficial relationships with his customers is what led him to Bell Oaks. As partner, Matt is quickly becoming a noted industry expert. He has been quoted and had guest articles appear in multiple industry and consumer publications, including WorkShifting.com, WorkAwesome.com, MediaBistro and LovetoKnow.com to name a few. A native Chicagoan, Matt moved to Georgia in the 90’s and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in
Consumer Economics. He currently serves on the board of the Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta, the only local organization of its kind with a mission to “make a house a home” by providing furniture items to families in need. As a board member, he is involved in the planning and execution of the organization’s fundraisers, including the annual Chairish the Future Gala and Race for Rest. He also works to develop strategic partnerships and alliances to further the mission of the organization. He and his wife Lindsey are active members of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and currently reside in Alpharetta, Georgia with their twin daughters Emily and Avery.
Connecting people and growing companies is what motivates James, and he brings an “operator’s perspective” to his work. Prior to his career in search, he led successful careers in marketing, development, healthcare, and technology.
In 2012, James helped launch the now Silicon Valley-based tech startup, FotoIN, the leading SaaS mobile endpoint for business photo documentation and reporting. Serving as Chief Operating Officer, he took the company from beta to revenue in 18 months by driving target market adoption and establishing channel partnerships with some of the best-known cloud repositories, such as Box, Egnyte, and Citrix Sharefile. FotoIN has been recognized by the Technology Association of Georgia as a Top 40 Most Innovative Company, selected as a presenting company for Venture Atlanta, and received its patent in May 2017. From 2015 – 2017, James served on the Board of Directors for Ecrebo, a SaaS retailer-to-customer communication channel technology company headquartered in London.
Private Equity firm Octopus Ventures added Ecrebo to its Commerce & Marketplaces portfolio in 2014. James attended the J.B. Fuqua School in Farmville, Virginia, and served as its commencement speaker in 2011. He earned his graduate and undergraduate degrees from University of Georgia and played on the lacrosse team. Recently, he was named to UGA’s 2017 40 Under 40, recognizing distinguished young alumni. James is married with two young children and a member of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church. Outside of work, he serves on the Athletics Committee at Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, is the COO of his fraternity’s real estate corporation, and coaches his children’s soccer teams.
As a Partner at Bell Oaks Executive Search, Lisa Robinson is committed to understanding the client’s vision and culture, bringing clarity to the search, and finding candidates whose purpose aligns with the client’s objectives.
Lisa’s career spans the non-profit and for-profit sectors, from startups to Forbes 100 companies. Her areas of expertise include retail, textiles, import/export, fashion, home furnishings, agriculture, finance, marketing, media, publishing, education, healthcare, and the arts.
Lisa is a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Georgia Board of Directors. SVdP brings hope and help to those in need so they may find stability and move toward self-sufficiency. She is also a Board member of the 10 Foundation, a division of the League of Change Institute, whose “She’s a 10” program flips a limiting stereotype into a badge of honor and symbol of respect.
Additionally, Lisa is a DeKalb County CASA volunteer, is on the Executive Board of the Georgia Planned Giving Council, serves on the development committee of the Catholic Foundation of North Georgia, and is Gift Chair for her alma mater, Miss Porter’s School.
A native of Chicago, Lisa graduated with a degree in music from Scripps College of the Claremont Colleges in California. Lisa is married to Will Slade and has two daughters.
Patrick O’Halloran, J.D., brings a wide variety of industry experience to his role as Associate Partner at Bell Oaks. He believes in a consultative approach to searches that fosters meaningful relationships with clients and candidates for a truly unique fit.
Before joining the Bell Oaks team, Patrick was the Managing Principal of Recruiting at Fusion CXO. Using his legal and commercial real estate background, he provides a unique perspective for approaching searches, both in the selection of potential candidates and presentations to clients. Patrick firmly believes in the power of building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike and feels the search process is more than just finding qualified individuals; it’s about finding the best fit for both parties. His experiences include placing partner-level and associate attorneys, CPAs, and C-Level positions in real estate, finance, and technology.
He has also helped facilitate the sale and merger of a professional services firm. Patrick hails from Tallahassee, Florida, but has lived in the Atlanta area for over ten years. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Florida, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Barry University. When not spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, and their two young boys, he enjoys tennis, the great outdoors, and sports of all kinds. Patrick and his family are active members of Johns Creek Presbyterian Church.
Emily Varon joined Bell Oaks in 2015 with more than eight years of human resource and talent acquisition experience. Her strength and passion lie in matching skilled candidates with great career opportunities. Emily has a history of finding talented individuals who have later been promoted to management positions within their organizations.
Emily began her professional career in Atlanta at EBSCO Research, LLC, which is a division of EBSCO Industries, Inc., a Forbes Top 200 privately held company. During her tenure, EBSCO Research, LLC grew in revenue, geographic reach, and resources. Her chief responsibility was talent acquisition, where she implemented a full-cycle recruitment program finding select candidates for more than 100 roles. Emily’s human resources responsibilities further included management of training programs and facilitation of staff performance appraisals. In addition, she held responsibilities relating to customer service, office
management, employee relations, account operations, and accounting. Emily graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University’s honors program. She is actively involved in several volunteer organizations, including Books for Africa, Toys for Tots, MedShare, and Atlanta Community Food Bank. Emily currently resides in Dunwoody with her husband Michael. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, knitting, and taking her dogs to the park.
As a consultant at Bell Oaks, Lauren Kase prioritizes finding candidates whose talents and purpose align with the client’s vision and career opportunities. Before joining the team, Lauren led a successful twelve-year career in university and non-profit development.
Lauren comes to Bell Oaks after directing development for the University of Virginia’s Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. Prior to UVA, she led major gifts fundraising at Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy, directed development at New York University’s School of Social Work and managed the Juilliard School’s $300 million capital campaign. She also managed the Future of Children, a joint publication out of Princeton and the Brookings Institution, which translates the best research on child welfare for policy makers and practitioners. Understanding an organization’s priorities and facilitating the right match with fundraising informs Lauren’s work in executive search. She is skilled at building trusting relationships that lead to mutually beneficial partnerships.
Originally from Virginia, Lauren received her bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of SEEDS of Change, a women’s giving and volunteering society at Buckhead Christian Ministry, where her husband Keeva serves as CEO. She is also on the Children’s Council at St. James United Methodist Church, where she is a member with her husband and two young children, Ketch and Claire.
Eric Benavidez is a charismatic and engaging member of the Bell Oaks team who boasts an impressive history of building effective connections between exceptional candidates and interesting opportunities.
Eric’s passion for facilitating career development began with an internship in Shanghai, China. He worked in university recruitment before joining the Department of Career Planning and Development at Kennesaw State University, where he developed relationships with tech firms and learned about the latest trends in talent acquisition for the various engineering disciplines. Eric played a crucial role in creating connections between the career department, students, and faculty during the Southern Polytechnic/Kennesaw State merger.
After graduating from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Eric earned his Master of Public Administration from Kennesaw State University. He serves on the USC Alumni Club of Atlanta’s Executive Board, the Furniture Bank of Atlanta’s Young Supporters Board, and volunteers with Soccer in the Streets (SITS), a nonprofit that cultivates healthy communities through sports-based youth development.
As a consultant at Bell Oaks, Kasey uses his passion for connecting people along with a strategic approach to make placements that focus on adding value for both the candidate and the client.
Kasey came to Bell Oaks from the University of Georgia where he managed a real estate portfolio totaling $10M. He served in a new and unique role as a liaison between University Housing, Legal, Real Estate, and Student Affairs departments to ensure proper lease execution for organizations with properties on campus. In his time in this position, Kasey used his exemplary communication skills to develop a large network spanning many different fields. He uses these skills along with his passion for connecting and developing people in his work every day at Bell Oaks.
Kasey graduated from the University of Georgia in 2014 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Neuroscience. Outside of work, Kasey is involved in the House Corporation and Alumni Association for his fraternity in a volunteer capacity. He also works with the State of Georgia Special Olympics, as well as Mercy Health Center, a small clinic serving a local, low-income population. Kasey lives in the Midtown area of Atlanta with his dog, Mojo.
As Bell Oaks’ Research Associate, Victoria Edwards excels at conducting the critical upfront research that serves as the foundation of a successful search process.
Victoria graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Management. Before joining Bell Oaks, Victoria gained experience in ERISA compliance, as well as career development and recruiting at the higher education level with Kennesaw State University. In each of those experiences, Victoria thrived in roles that required organization and the ability to vet and align talent for her clients.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys reading classic novels, blogging about fashion inspiration, and traveling to new places. She is involved with her sorority’s alumnae association where she attends regular meetings and participates in events for their chosen philanthropy, Arthritis Foundation.
Carol Chizzolin is the Office Manager for Bell Oaks Executive Search, bringing over 30 years’ experience in the administrative field.
Prior to her tenure with Bell Oaks, Carol was a sales associate for the material handling division for an engineering firm.
Originally from New York, Carol now calls Roswell home and is an avid and accomplished gardener.
