Atlanta-based executive search firm Bell Oaks promotes Lauren Comer to new role as Senior Search Consultant.
May, 2017 – Atlanta – Lauren Comer of Bell Oaks Executive Search has been promoted to Senior Search Consultant based on outstanding performance in her previous position. The well-known search firm made the announcement in early May, effective immediately.
As Senior Search Consultant, Lauren works directly with client companies needing to fill key roles. Acting as a representative of her clients, Lauren identifies and recruits targeted talent, before presenting a slate of top prospects and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding into their new roles.
Bell Oaks, which specializes in delivering hard-to-find talent to companies that seek professionals who possess top skills along with the perfect cultural fit, made the promotion in response to Lauren’s consistently outstanding results as well as her proven commitment to exceptional client service.
“It’s one thing to be able to identify the right talent,” says Matt Tovrog, a partner at the firm, “but Lauren’s contributions go much deeper. She has an ability to find the right fit between a company’s unique culture and a prospect’s personal and professional style, creating lasting and productive relationships that enhance both the company and the new hire. It’s that kind of nuanced approach that makes her work so valuable to Bell Oaks and to the clients we serve.”
Lauren joined the search firm in 2015 after serving as Program Coordinator at Kennesaw State University, where she excelled in recruiting high-quality candidates for a rigorous accelerated graduate program. In both roles, as well as her previous work in Graduate Admissions, Lauren’s talent for matching top candidates with the right situation has made her a standout performer.
“I’m honored to be promoted to Senior Search Consultant at Bell Oaks. It’s deeply rewarding to help top talent and the companies find each other,” says Lauren. “I love learning exactly what it will take to fill a role perfectly and then conveying the subtle differences to talented professionals who will thrive in the position. I’m grateful for this opportunity to continue helping clients and candidates through my work.”
