Price is Chairman of Bell Oaks Executive Search, which he joined as a recruiter in 1989. With more than a quarter-century in executive search, Price has led more than 500 successfully completed searches across a broad range of industries and geographies. Prior to entering the executive search industry, Price served as Director of Operations for an equipment manufacturing company.
In addition to his responsibilities at Bell Oaks, Price is an avid venture capital and angel investor through Terminus Ventures Investments and serves on several private company boards including Thrive Farmers Coffee. Price also is a member of The Board of Trustees of The King’s College in Manhattan and serves on the Duke University Divinity School’s Board of Visitors. His articles have appeared in various publications and he has been quoted in Inc. Magazine,
The Wall Street Journal, The Atlanta Business Chronicle and numerous industry and trade magazines.
Price received his Bachelors in Theology from Baptist University of America and conducted Masters level studies in Pastoral Counseling at Temple Baptist Seminary in Chattanooga. Price and his wife Nancy have two married daughters and live in Atlanta, where they walk to Buckhead Church most Sundays.
As a Partner and shareholder at Bell Oaks Executive Search, Todd Warshaw has a proven track record of building professional teams in a broad spectrum of industries. His particular expertise is in searches for C-level leadership, vice presidents, directors, managers and specialized individual contributors across most business functions. Internally, he plays a significant role in shaping Bell Oaks’ vision and strategy for providing superior consulting services to its clients and candidates.
Todd joined Bell Oaks in 1998 as an Executive Search Consultant and became a Partner and member of the executive leadership team in 2002. Todd’s clients range in size from entrepreneurial companies to public corporations in a range of industries including manufacturing, consumer products, real estate, retail and technology. He has established partnerships with his clients and assisted them in filling critical needs in numerous departments and at various levels throughout their organizations.
Todd is a frequent speaker with companies and educational institutions such as Georgia Tech and Emory’s Goizueta Business School. He speaks on a range of topics including choosing the right career for your talents and making strategic career decisions, interviewing basics for the interviewer (overcoming generational divides) and interviewee (ways to stand out from the crowd), capitalizing on today’s job market realities, organizing and
managing a job search at all career levels (entry level, MBA, seasoned industry veteran), and helping professionals stand out in new roles. Todd has a degree in Finance, with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Georgia Terry College Of Business. He is a member of the Executive Committee for the Atlanta chapter of the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, an organization dedicated to providing for the well-being of the men and women who serve in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), as well as the families of fallen soldiers. He is also a Washington Club Member for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and has served on the Board of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS), a non-profit group representing the interests of the majority of recruitment firms in Georgia. Todd resides in the Atlanta suburb of Buckhead.
As a Partner at Bell Oaks Executive Search, Matt Tovrog has a passion for serving clients before and after the recruiting process and applies his experience in both sales and customer assurance to build long lasting relationships.
Matt joined Bell Oaks following his work with Cbeyond, an Atlanta-based communications provider for businesses. At Cbeyond, he thrived in a number of different roles focused on sales as well as account maintenance. His ability to maintain mutually beneficial relationships with his customers is what led him to Bell Oaks.
As partner, Matt is quickly becoming a noted industry expert. He has been quoted and had guest articles appear in multiple industry and consumer publications, including WorkShifting.com, WorkAwesome.com, MediaBistro and LovetoKnow.com to name a few. He also serves as an expert contributor at TalentManagement.com in The Recruitment Revolution.
A native Chicagoan, Matt moved to Georgia in the 90’s and is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in
Consumer Economics. He currently serves on the board of the Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta, the only local organization of its kind with a mission to “make a house a home” by providing furniture items to families in need. As a board member, he is involved in the planning and execution of the organization’s fundraisers, including the annual Chairish the Future Gala and The Atlanta Mattress 500. He also works to develop strategic partnerships and alliances to further the mission of the organization.
He and his wife Lindsey are active members of Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Atlanta and currently reside in Alpharetta, Georgia with their twin daughters Emily and Avery.
James Gates is a Partner and shareholder of Bell Oaks with a diverse background that serves him well in consulting clients and advising candidates. Connecting people and growing companies is what motivates him. His background is multifaceted with experience in marketing, development, healthcare and tech.
Prior to Bell Oaks, James dove head-first into entrepreneurship with the tech startup FotoIN, a mobile-first SaaS company that streamlines visual inspection and verification of field work. James remained in his healthcare corporate role while “bootstrapping” FotoIN with the founding team at nights and weekends until he accepted an offer to join full-time as its Chief Operating Officer. Now an advisor to FotoIN, James recently joined the Board of Directors for Ecrebo, a point-of-sale marketing technology company headquartered in London and funded by private equity firm Octopus Ventures.
Upon joining Bell Oaks, James quickly built credibility consulting on complex issues typical of growing companies. He brings an “operator’s perspective” to his work and has led searches in tech, real estate, construction, healthcare and professional services, and has been retained by an array of clients including Inc. 5000 companies and government agencies. James was born and raised in Farmville, Virginia where his father was the town veterinarian. He attended the J.B. Fuqua School and earned his masters and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia where he played on the lacrosse team. James is a member of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church and is married with two young children.
Glenn Kalnins brings to Bell Oaks a wide-ranging set of business skills and a firm belief that the status quo isn’t enough. His approach to serving clients centers around a strong awareness that there is always a way to further enhance the client experience while improving business performance.
Prior to Bell Oaks and throughout his 18+ years at Snap-On Industrial and other well-known companies, Glenn has contributed to business development in roles that include national account executive, area sales manager, product manager and marketing manager. This breadth of experience gives him a well-rounded understanding of the factors that drive business success at every level, as well as a deep commitment to meeting client needs. His drive to perform for client and company alike is reflected in multiple achievement awards, but the aspect Glenn enjoyed most was his opportunities to interface with people.
In addition to his professional roles, Glenn is a co-inventor who holds a design patent. He was active in professional organizations and most recently served as Chair of the Emerging Leaders network for the Industrial Supply Association (ISA). He was also a member of Toastmasters International, Columbus, Georgia, where he built and refined his substantial leadership and communication skills. After completing his undergraduate degree in sports management, Glenn earned an MBA at Regent University. His family includes Charla, his wife of 20 years, and their two teenage children, Sterling and Stone.
Emily Varon joined Bell Oaks Executive Search in 2015 with more than eight years of human resource and talent acquisition experience. Her strength and passion lie in matching skilled candidates with great career opportunities. Emily has a history of finding talented individuals who have later been promoted to management positions within their organizations.
Emily began her professional career in Atlanta at EBSCO Research LLC, which is a division of EBSCO Industries Inc., a Forbes Top 200 privately held company. During her tenure, EBSCO Research, LLC grew in revenue, geographic reach and resources. Her chief responsibility was talent acquisition, where she implemented a full-cycle recruitment program finding select candidates for more than 100 roles. Emily’s human resources responsibilities further included management of training programs and facilitation of staff performance appraisals. In addition, she held responsibilities relating to customer service, office
management, employee relations, account operations and accounting. Emily graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgia State University’s honors program. She is actively involved in several volunteer organizations, including Books for Africa, Toys for Tots, MedShare and Atlanta Community Food Bank.
Emily currently resides in Dunwoody with her husband Michael. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, knitting and taking her dogs to the park.
Lauren Comer began her professional career at Kennesaw State University, where she worked as a Graduate Admissions Counselor. After serving in the counselor role she was quickly promoted to Program Coordinator where her primary responsibility was to recruit high quality candidates for one of the school’s accelerated graduate programs.
She developed and implemented a recruiting plan for the program and developed strategic relationships with feeder universities, resulting in the program being one of the most successful graduate programs at the university. Lauren gained valuable experience developing relationships with other institutions, industry leaders and experienced accounting professionals. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from
Kennesaw State University and earned her Master of Education in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia. She is actively involved with Elite Women of Excellence, which is a faith-based, non-profit youth development organization that partners with young women in areas such as self confidence, goal setting, healthy relationships and community service.
Christina comes to Bell Oaks fresh from helping launch start-up recruiting firm, Turnkey Producers. Christina was an integral part of creating their recruiting processes and procedures.
Her chief responsibility was talent acquisition, where she showed her aptitude for finding hard-to find, passive candidates. Soon her role evolved to also include new business development as well. Prior to becoming a recruiter, Christina was the owner of Dardano Designs an interior design and consulting firm. What started as a hobby, quickly developed into a full-fledged business allowing her to tap into her creative talents and hone her business skills.
She graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University, with a B.S. in Communication, launching her career working in Public Relations, Marketing and Event Planning, where she gained invaluable experience in building long-lasting client relationships.
Christina resides in the Brookhaven area of Atlanta with her husband, daughter and beloved chocolate lab, Annie.
Eric Benavidez is a charismatic and engaging member of the Bell Oaks team who boasts an impressive history of building effective connections between exceptional candidates and interesting opportunities.
Eric’s passion for facilitating career development began with an internship in Shanghai, China. He worked in university recruitment before joining the Department of Career Planning and Development at Kennesaw State University, where he developed relationships with tech firms and learned about the latest trends in talent acquisition for the various engineering disciplines. Eric played a crucial role in creating connections between the career department, students, and faculty during the Southern Polytechnic/Kennesaw State merger.
After graduating from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Eric earned his Master of Public Administration from Kennesaw State University.
He is very active with the USC Alumni Club of Atlanta, and serves as a volunteer at Good Mews Animal Foundation and at The Elite Gentlemen Club, Inc., a nonprofit that mentors young men in Cobb County high schools.
Carol Chizzolin is the Office Manager for Bell Oaks Executive Search, bringing over 30 years’ experience in the administrative field.
Prior to her tenure with Bell Oaks, Carol was a sales associate for the material handling division for an engineering firm.
Originally from New York, Carol now calls Roswell home and is an avid and accomplished gardener.
